The SNDdeN Congregation Leadership Team called together all the leaders of the southern hemisphere in December and all the leaders of the northern hemisphere in March. Leaders gathered in person and by zoom. Southern leaders zoomed in in March to share about their gathering.
Each unit gave reports on the reality of the province and how the unit is working on resource planning and the Chapter Calls. There were also many talks on role and leadership in vocation and formation efforts as well as synodality for religious life, mission in challenging times, continuing our life-giving mission in a wounded world, and leading on issues of discrimination in religious life.
Sisters were glad to gather together from the USA, Great Britain, North and South Belgium, and Japan.
